This episode was a really good analysis at Azula's psychology. You can tell in some moments, she really does care for her friends deep down, but is clouded by her mental illness. I wish we got more of her when she wasn't trying to win love and praise from her evil dad.

This episode just makes me appreciate how tragic and heartbreaking the Last Agni was. Like the fact that Azula was the one to question why Zuko was angry at himself made me realize that no matter how much she hated or didn't care about Zuko once he finally left to join Aang, he was still her brother

Imgine if aszula had the love and support from her family. She would be the strongest fire bender of all time. With perfect emotion control she could have probably shot a lightning storm without losing control.

It sounds like Azula got the worst childhood. She's also in denial on how she wanted her mother's recognition. I mean, Zuko was accepted by his mom, and Azula was accepted by her father. But their father is crazy. Zuko got more love from their parents. Zuko's life got more complicated when he grew older, and he had uncle by his side.

I feel like this segment was inspired by the breakfast club.

Ya know. At the beginning of the scene Azula actually seemed like a decent person

for a brief second, azula looked like she was going to have a compassionate moment. then bam bitch mode. i am so glad they didn't change her character.
